Aberdeen Angus Beef

Aberdeen Angus beef is the best you can buy, the cattle mature early under natural conditions. The meat should be ‘marbled’ with fine threads of fat interwoven through the lean meat this will help keep the meat tender during cooking as well as bringing out the flavor. 

We try and source all our meat from local farmers, to ensure continued quality.
