Orders Dispatch
MONDAY TO THURSDAY (before 12 noon on Thursday) - Will be delivered next day unless products ordered are not immediately available.
THURSDAY AFTERNOON, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY - Will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday, unless products require to be made or are awaiting resupply.
SUNDAYS - Will be dispatched Tuesday for delivery Wednesday, unless notified otherwise.
All orders will be delivered by APC, the cost of delivery is below.
Any weight of parcel
up to 30 kilos, £13.95. These costs apply to mainland UK
Non mainland destinations there will be a
surcharge. Please ask if you are in any doubt.
For deliveries to the Islands and Northern Ireland,
arrangements can be made upon application.
Please leave instructions as to where goods can be left, if
you are not going to be at home for delivery.
Owing to International Trading restrictions, we are only
able to accept orders from within the UK at present.

Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled at any time up until confirmation of order has been sent. If you are not entirely
satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to return the goods for a full refund within 7 days of purchase
excluding the delivery charge.
Macdonald Bros Vouchers are available for any amount you may wish to purchase, the price includes voucher and
postage.
Digital Gift Cards
- Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift Cards can only be used for online purchases.
- They can be used all at once, or in separate transactions within the 12 month period.
- Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash.
- No credit or change will be given if you do not use the full amount on the Gift Card within the 12 months from purchase.
